Is a member of advisory councils of Federal Assembly of theRussian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of theRussian Federation, Emercom of Russia, takes active part in work of public organizations, editorial boards of magazines.
The first vice president of the International committee on a research of disasters and accidents.
