In 2000 defended the master's thesis on the subject "Methods of Increase in Solvency of the Power Enterprises (on the example of Thermal Power Plants)".

In 2001 received an academic status of the associate professor.

In 2010 defended the doctoral dissertation on the subject "Theory and Methodology of Effective Budgeting".

Worked as the deputy dean of Faculty of Economics and Management, professor of department of management and marketing of theIvanovostate power university.

Member of public chamber of theIvanovoregion.

Scientific expert of the Working group on optimization of functions of executive authorities of theIvanovoregion.

Now teaches inFinancialUniversityunder the Government of theRussian Federation.
