In 1982 graduated from physical faculty of theLeningradstate university majoring in of the physicist of the atmosphere. In 1998 defended the master's thesis inSt.PetersburgStateUniversity(to. t. - m of N) in the specialty 04.00.23.

Since the beginning of the 2000th years is engaged in a perspective of quantitative assessment of technogenic risk – ecological and emergency. Has wide practical experience of development of documentation on environmental, fire and industrial safety.

Since 2009 is the director of the Center of certification of jobs of PGTU which testing laboratory is accredited in the SSOT system (the certificate of accreditation No. 0839).

In 2011 created the small innovative enterprise LLC Nova-MARGTU which won a grant of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphereMoscow). MIP "Nova-MARGTU" took out two patents ofRussiafor technology of processing of the fulfilled wooden cross ties.

Since 2006 till present heads Regional office of the Russian scientific organization of risk analysis in theRepublicofMari El.

Area of scientific interests – quantitative assessment of uncertainty of emergency risk.

More than 60 published scientific and educational and methodical works are the author, including – monographs, the textbook and four manuals (two of them with UMO signature stamp), eight patents ofRussia
