Risks management of financing investment projects in the field of preservation of cultural heritage

The article discusses the problems of financial risk management in the implementation of projects related to cultural heritage sites in Russia. There is a deterioration in the physical condition of most of the registered facilities, institutional inconsistency between the levels of government and the lack of a unified digital database. There are levels of activities when working with cultural heritage sites, each of which involves certain types of financial, legal, technical and reputational risks. A methodology for quantifying aggregate risk and a formula for analyzing investment feasibility based on the integration of key project parameters are proposed. Examples of using the methodology in conditions of limited funding and high uncertainty are given.
