Formation of a Professional Standard Model for Economic Security in the Context of the Development of the National Qualifications System

Abstract

The relevance of forming a professional standard model for economic security remains very high: against the background of an increasing number of threats and high turbulence of the Russian economy in the domestic labor market, the need for specialists in economic security is significantly increasing. The professional standard of an economic security specialist is currently not approved, which causes a number of difficulties in the training and recruitment system. Another important reason is the need to carry out serious systematic work on the formation of a modern mechanism for staffing and evaluating the qualifications of employees in the field of economic security. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the normative and theoretical and practical foundations for the formation of a professional standard model for economic security in the context of the development of the national qualifications system. The research methodology is based on the application of systematization methods.
