Анализ накопленной в мировой практике информации, касающейся разно- образных аспектов этой проблемы, может способствовать лучшему пониманию ее важности, и, следовательно, представлять интерес для конструктивного решения проблемы. Целью этого обзора является анализ имеющихся сведений по последствиям прецедентов разлива нефти и нефтепродуктов в отечественной и мировой практике, а также научно-исследовательских данных, позволяющих оценить и прогнозировать возможные эффекты влияния на здоровье человека. Обзор выполнен в следующих направлениях:</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Kerch strait accident in December 2024 once again attracted the attention of not only experts in the field of eliminating the technical causes and consequences of technogenic accidents, but also scientists assessing the damage caused to nature and human health. The analysis of the information accumulated in the world practice concerning various aspects of this problem can contribute to a better understanding of its importance, and, therefore, be of interest for its constructive solution.</p><p>The aim of this review is to analyze the available information on the consequences of oil and petroleum product spill precedents in domestic and international practice, as well as scientific and research data that make it possible to assess and predict possible effects on human health.
