В статье рассмотрен механизм идентификации факторов риска, где уделяется особое внимание особенности проявления рискованной ситуации. Кроме этого уделяется внимание процессу выполнения идентификации рисков на начальном этапе управления рисками, который обусловливает необходимость повторного выполнения идентификации рисков на последующих этапах риск-менеджмента. Процесс выявления рисков на сельскохозяйственных предприятиях носит специфический характер, поскольку сельское хозяйство отличается от других отраслей составом средств производства, социальной структурой производства и назначением производимой продукции. С помощью аналитических показателей рассмотрели факторы риска внешнего окружения сельскохозяйственных предприятий России — экономическую, социальную, правовую, институциональную, географическую и технологическую среды, в рамках которых сельскохозяйственному предприятию приходится действовать и к динамике которых оно вынуждено приспосабливаться.

Th e article considers the mechanism of identifi cation of risk factors, where special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the manifestation of a risky situation. In addition, attention is paid to the process of performing risk identifi cation at the initial stage of risk management, which necessitates the re-implementation of risk identifi cation at subsequent stages of risk management. Th e process of identifying risks in agricultural enterprises is specifi c, since agriculture diff ers from other industries in the composition of the means of production, the social structure of production and the purpose of the products produced. With the help of analytical indicators, we considered the risk factors of the external environment of agricultural enterprises in Russia — economic, social, legal, institutional, geographical and technological environments in which an agricultural enterprise has to act and to the dynamics of which it is forced to adapt.
